Be Ready
When you're ready to book, be sure to know which package you want and any add-ons to include. If you want a special crop ratio or file size, let me know. The standard file sizes are set for MLS per Flex at max 15MB, 3:2 ratio.
Scheduling
Lighting and weather are huge factors in real estate photography. Plan on having a back-up date for the session in case of poor weather conditions. The time of day should be scheduled when the most prominent exterior shot is well lit. Overcast makes for the best lighting.
Cancellations and/or Rescheduling require a 24-Hour Notice. A fee of $50 will be applied if the 24-Hour Notice is not met.
Staging
While professional staging may not always be an option for your listing, it's best to at least make sure that the property (both inside and out) are clean and clutter-free. Also be sure to remove any personal items (such as family photos or vehicles) that you wouldn't want seen. While you may not notice smudges on glass or dust on the floor when standing in the room, the camera notices and captures it all. Remember; I will be shooting the site as-is.
You
You do not need to be present during the shoot, but you're more than welcome to be. My only request is that all pets be secured.
